Cardio Kickboxing
The next session of Cardio Kickboxing is set to begin September 1,

Staying in shape is no easy task. Weight machines and free weights are great for staying strong and building muscle mass. Stair climbers and bicycles will only take you so far. To really be in shape you need a workout you can stick with that gets your heart rate up and keeps it up. You also need a program provides the inspiration and motivation to keep coming in week after week.
Kicks Martial Arts offers cardio aerobic kickboxing fitness classes that are unlike other aerobics classes in the Fond du Lac area. This is a one-hour class that is a butt kicking, rock and roll workout designed to get your heart pounding and your sweat glands open. 30 minutes of aerobic workout is followed by 30 minutes of toning and strengthening.
Our class uses heavy bags for resistance so you use real targets to work against. Most everyone else is just punching and kicking into the air with no resistance. Come in and see the difference this makes.
